About Project:

The project involves the design and construction of 292 fully integrated residential villas, adhering to the highest quality standards under a “turnkey” system, ensuring they are fully prepared for occupancy. This includes constructing the villas along with all associated facilities and infrastructure, connecting them to public networks, and completing general site works for each villa. The scope of work encompasses the preparation of all engineering and detailed designs, the execution of construction, interior and exterior finishing works, and the installation of sanitary, mechanical, electrical, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, the project includes obtaining necessary permits and ensuring the quality of the facilities, delivering fully completed and ready-to-occupy villas.
