About Project:

The project entails the design and construction of 479 fully integrated residential villas, adhering to the highest quality standards under a “turnkey” system, ensuring they are fully prepared for occupancy. This includes constructing the villas along with all associated facilities and infrastructure, connecting them to public networks, and completing general site works for each villa. The scope encompasses the preparation of all engineering and detailed designs, as well as the execution of construction, interior and exterior finishing works, and the installation of sanitary, mechanical, electrical, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, it involves obtaining necessary permits and ensuring the quality of the facilities, delivering fully completed, ready-to-occupy villas
